 Counselling provides a safe, unjudgmental therapeutic space where you can share and explore your problems. Supported by your Harmony counsellor, we’ll collaboratively identify your short- and longer-term goals from counselling, working towards these with regular reviews of our work together. The sessions are your time and space to use how  you chose to.
